1. Features: Solid state relay is a non-contact on-off electronic switch, is four-terminal active device, two terminals are input control terminal, the other ends are output control terminal, it has optical isolation in the middle of them. Add DC or pulse signal to the input terminal, the output terminal's state can be changed from off to on (If it is no signal, it is off state), so as to control bigger load.

Commutation voltage rise rate dvs/dt 100v/us zero-crossing SSR start delay 10ms maximum. 4). Leakage current (no RC absorbing circuit) is less than 1mA, SSR shut delay 10ms maximum. 5). Zero-crossing SSR zero-area 15V power frequency 50/60HZ.

1. Model selection method: calculate the load current, according to load type, multiply the balance factor. Resistive load: balance factor is 2 times, such as incandescent lamp, resistance wire, oven, heating rod. Inductive load: balance factor is 7 times, such as: transformer, coil, fan motor, pump motor. Example: 220V 3KW resistive load. 3KW/220V*2=27.3, select 40A specification.
