Note | 1. Model selection method: calculate the load current, according to load type, multiply the balance factor. Resistive load: balance factor is 2 times, such as incandescent lamp, resistance wire, oven, heating rod. Inductive load: balance factor is 7 times, such as: transformer, coil, fan motor, pump motor. Example: 9KW three phase 380V furnace. 9KW/380V*2=47.4, can select 60A specification. 2. Heat dissipation: note the ambient temperature, when is is too low, should warm it first then start up, if work in low temperature for long time, can increase the input current appropriatly; When the ambient temperature is too high, and tbe heat can not be dissipated effectively, should need more heat dissipation measure, make sure the SSR surface's tempearture less than 70 degrees Celsius; When work in high temperatures and different load for a long time, should increase the balance factor. |
